2. Cancellations

• Cancellations made with short notice or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future appointments.

• Please inform your stylist or technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
• We maintain strict hygiene and sanitization protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

7. Children & Pets

• For safety reasons and to maintain a calm atmosphere, we kindly request that children and pets not be brought to your appointment unless required.
